Description

Offers are being sought for removing four undersized culverts at two different locations and replacing them with a structural plate arch at each location. . The first site located at M.P. 1.0 on Forest Road 1210 at First Creek. This site will have three undersized pipes removed and installs a 22 foot span by 11 foot rise structural plate arch with concrete footings. Site 2 is located on Forest Road1210 at M.P. 4.6. This site removes the existing undersized pipe and installs an 18 foot span by 9 foot rise structural plate arch with concrete footings. Both sites shall have excavated material, minor structural excavation, unsuitable material, pit run aggregate, crushed aggregate, riprap, concrete for the footings and slurry around the footings. Project is located in Jefferson County Oregon on the Sisters Ranger District. It is anticipated that the work will start mid May 2004 and be completed by September 7, 2004. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% Bid Bond is required. This procurement is a total HUBZone Set-Aside
