Description

Multiple Award Construction Management (CM) Professional Services Contract, for the General Services Administration (GSA). To perform project management, planning services, design phase services (excluding actual design), procurement phase services, construction phase services, reimbursable supplemental services, claims testing and miscellaneous services. Services will be performed at various buildings in the Washington, DC, and National Capitol Region (NCR). It is anticipated that this will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, for a period of one (1) year with four additional one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Offerors will be evaluated using a source selection method. This contract will be totally set aside for small business. The RFP will be available for issuance on or around March 23, 2004, and will be due on April 23, 2004. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. No hard copies will be mailed.
