Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE! Interior Decoration for Dining Areas and Entryways. Items: Sofa for main entryway, estimated size 84” dark rattan wood with maroon leather cushions. Barrel chairs (2) for main entryway, dark rattan wood with maroon vinyl/leather. End tables (2) for main entryway, dark rattan wood estimated size(2’ x 4’ x 21”h). Display case (2) for main and snack entryways, estimated sizes 4’ x 8’. 2” wood blinds for main and snack entryways, (4 sets 84” x 30”)(2 sets 84” x 72”). Cornice estimated sized (4 sets 21” x 30”) (2 sets 21”x 72”) in main and snack entryways. Estimated sizes 24” Hemisphere metal wall sculptures (2 sets) for main and snack entryways. Striped and patterned fabric is for wood blinds, cornices and décor in main and snack entryways. Sofa for snack entryway, estimated size 84” dark wood with multi-color fabric cushions. Chairs for snack entryway, dark wood with multi-color fabric cushions. End table for snack entryway, dark wood estimated size (2’ x 4’ x 21”h). Estimated sizes - 36” x 12” Posters and Frames for “City Line” dining area. Pictures will consist of 6 colorful and 6 black and white nighttime and daytime scenes of U.S cities (Examples: New York, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Dallas, Orlando, New Orleans, Detroit, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Buffalo, D.C., Charlotte, Charleston, Las Vegas etc.). Estimated sizes – 36” x 24” Posters and Frames for “City Line” dining area. 2 colorful and 1 black and white scenes. Estimated sizes – 40” x 14” Posters and Frames for “City Line” dining area. 1 black and white scene. Estimated sizes – 11” x 14” Posters and Frames for “Movie/Broadway” dining area. Pictures will consist of 10 colorful and 10 black and white portraits/scenes from famous movie stars/movies and broadway shows (Examples: Bill Cosby, Steve Martin, Mel Gibson, Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Tom Cruise, Clint Eastwood, Humphrey Bogart, John Wayne, Marylin Monroe, Gina Davis, Ginger Rogers, Meg Ryan, Audrey Hepburn, James Dean, Ingram Bergman, Westside Story, Les Miserable, Arnold Schwartzenegger, Action, Romance, Western, Oldies etc). Estimated sizes – 24” x 32” Posters and Frames for “Movie/Broadway” dining area. 2 colorful and 1 black and white portraits/scenes. Estimated sizes – 27” x 40” Poster and Frame for “Movie/Broadway” dining area. 1 black and white portrait/scene. Estimated sizes – 11” x 14” Posters and Frames for “Sports” dining area. Pictures will consist of 12 colorful and 12 black and white portraits/scenes from famous athletes/teams (Examples: Roger Maris, Mickey Mantle, Jackie Robinson, Mohammad Ali, Babe Ruth, Joe Montana, Michael Jordan, Dale Earnhart, Wayne Gretski, Rocky Marciano, Seabiscuit, Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods, Jack Nickalus, Larry Byrd, Magic Johnson, Derek Jeter, Bobby Knight, Vince Lombardi, Pele, Sereena Williams, Layla Ali, Rebecca Lobo, Mia Hamm, Yankees, Bulls, Celtics, Buffalo Bills, Raiders etc). All sports equipment will be actual size and require framing with glass. Estimated sizes – 24” x 33” Posters and Frames for “Sports” dining area. 1 colorful and 1 black and white portrait/scene. Estimated sizes – 24” x 34” Poster and Frame for “Sports” dining area. 1 black and white portrait/scene. Note – Contractor will install/mount all furniture and decorations North American Industry Classification is 541410, Interior Design Service. The Standard Industry Classification is 7389. The small business size standard is $6M. SOLICITATION WILL PE POSTED IN THE NEAR FUTURE. INTERESTED PARTIES: READ/RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION.
