- NOTE: THIS POSTING IS TO REPLACE THE SYNOPSIS ORIGINALLY POSTED IN OCTOBER, 2003 UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER 3FL0195. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 4,830 rentable square feet yielding 4,200 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miramar, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. First and top floors will not be considered. New Build-to-Suit construction will not be considered. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Miramar, Florida within the following delineated area: SOUTH: Miramar Parkway from Dykes Road to Palm Avenue; EAST: Palm Avenue/ SW 100th Avenue/ S. Nob Hill Road from Miramar Parkway to I-595; NORTH: I-595 from Weston Road to S. Nob Hill Road; WEST: Weston Road/Dykes Road from I-595 to Miramar Parkway. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance. Space must be ready for occupancy by January 15, 2005 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 5 years, 2 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 2 years.
