Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Central, VISN 7, Augusta, Georgia has a requirement for services to provide safe and comfortable ambulance transportation, on as needed basis, Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day including holidays, from and the front doors of apartments or houses and other areas for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS), Montgomery, Alabama 36109-3798. The contract base year will be for the period May 03, 2004 through May 02, 2005 with four (4) option years. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 621910 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 15, 2004. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL addresses. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
