Description
SYNOPSIS On behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Installation and Environment (OASA (I&E)) required for execution of its Installation and Environmental Programs with emphasis on the Enhanced Use Lease Program and Privatization Initiatives for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army Privatization and Partnerships (OASA (P&P)) Defense Contracting Command-Washington has a requirement for a contractor to provide analytical and support services. The contractor shall provide expert professional services to support the analysis, development, and formulation of policy for the execution of installation and environmental programs and for the evolution of such programs in accordance with legislation and regulations. The Government intends to issue a Time and Materials (T&M) contract for a One (1) Year Base Period and Two (2) one Option Years. The Government intends to issue a Best Value/Trade-Off RFP that will be available on or about March 29, 2004 at the following URL: http://dccw.hqda.p entagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. No telephone requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Fax: (703) 695-9747. This office must receive any questions on the RFP within 5 days from publication of the RFP. No previous contracts have been awarded for this requirement.
