Description

B-The U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite Data, and Informaiton Services, (NESDIS)) Office of Systems Development (OSD), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Maryland, Dept of Geography, College Park, MD. The principle Investigator shall provide services relating to the international dimension of remote sensing, with reference to organizations such as GOES and its working groups alone with the Strategic Implementation Team, its AD hoc Data Utilization Team, the Integrated Global Observation Strategy Partnership and the working Group on Earth Observation. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference EK-86
