- 3120-01-169-5652, YPG033330001228, Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning. An Export Control Technical Data Package exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet. The internet address is: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all in lower case, please). If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreemetn, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. www.dlis.dla.mil. See numbered notes 8, 23, and 26. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination with Quality Assurance Provision (B02). Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 415, to be delivered to Stockton, CA within 90 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is March 29, 2004.
