Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Est Issue Date: 29 Mar 2004, Est Closing Date: 28 April 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is Configuration Control and Export Control. Contractor FAT is required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 73 days after FAT approval. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and 4 option years. The base year estimated annual quantity is 529 each.
