Add the following: The Contractor shall be capable of drilling to the depth of 800 feet using reverse circulation air-rotary drilling method. The magnitude is changed as follows: The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $100,000 $250,000 and $250,000 $500,000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-MAR-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 06-MAR-2004.
