Description

This is Phase I of a 2-phase project. Phase I: Provide upgrade of all major components of HVAC system, including a main air handling unit, an air-cooled condenser, two oil-fired boilers, two general exhaust fans serving two existing restrooms. Electrical demolition includes disconnecting power from removed HVAC equipment and connecting the new HVAC equipment. Includes demolition and replacement of all office and laboratory doors and frames opening into corridor. THIS PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED.
