PR: LTC04057018613, NSN 1680-01-130-1680, Pad, Cushioning, iaw Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE 78286, DWG 70450-01076 REV “AA” dtd 12/10/98 and AMCOM CAGE 81996 Procurement Package #70450-01076 REV C dtd 09 Jan 03 P/N 70450-01076-102. RFP#: SP0460-04-R-3017. Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Est Issue Date: 26 Mar 2004, Est Closing Date: 27 April 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is Configuration Control and Export Control. Contractor FAT is required. Mylar is required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 131 days after FAT approval. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and 4 option years. The estimated annual quantity for the base year is 515 each.
