Applicable to: E-3. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Delivery: JUN 01 04 / 7 ea. The approximate issue date will be 10 MAY 04. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor is acceptable. This is an “Export Controlled” item. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described will only be released to firms approved for “Export Controlled” items. In addition, the requester is also required to be “RIGHTS GUARD” certified in order to receive and view the drawings for this solicitation.
