- Description
- The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with Future Tech Systems, Inc., 824 East Main Street, Auburn, WA 98002 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.501(a) "Sole Source Acquisitions" for support of the proprietary software "Envision Case Tool Software" for a one year period. This software is already installed and is operating on machines at the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn, Maryland. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is not available; therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation related to this announcement will not be honored. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
