THIS SYNOPSIS HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO CHANGE THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND POINT OF CONTACT TO LAVERNE ASKEW. THE REVISED SYNOPSIS IS AS FOLLOWS: *****ATTENTION*****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO LAVERNE ASKEW, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, CONTRACTING OFFICER, 256-876-4119. YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED** (EMAIL: laverne.askew@redstone.army.mil ) System: MLRS, PRON: D14B0740, Nomenclature: Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 1055-01-132-7859, PN: 13031400. This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract which will be segregated into five (5) program periods with orders to be issued one or mor e times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. The known quantity is 22 and the maximum quantity is 110. Delivery Schedule 110 days after contract award. Destinations to be furnished. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, mak es contact with firm(s) listed. The Government does not possess adequate documentation to acquire from other than the approved source.
