CARLTON, CONTRACTING OFFICER, FAX 256-955-7737. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE A CCEPTED. PRON: AX4Q0101AX, NSN: 3110-01-164-3918, PN: 406-040-339-101, QUANTITY: minimum 880 each and maximum of 2,480, 5 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana , TX 75507-5000; New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, Timken Aerospace, Cage Code 78118, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 880 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article is 880 each 280 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 880 each 350 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation wil l not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must mee t prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. NOTES: 23 and 26.
