Description

This project consists of removing one corrugated metal culvert (5.0 foot diameter x 55 feet long circular pipe). The culvert is to be replaced with a 10 foot span bottomless arch with concrete footings. Work includes finishing the disturbed roadbed with crushed aggregate and riprap headwall placement on the fill slopes at the culvert inlet and outlet. All crushed aggregate and riprap is currently available in existing pits as shown on the drawings. From Lakeview, proceed north on State Highway 31 for 45 miles to Paisley. Turn onto Mill Street which turns into road 33 after approximately 1 mile. Travel down road 33 for approximately 12 miles to road 3300012 and turn right (west). The turn is approximately 1 mile after road 33 crosses a bridge over Bear Creek. Travel 1 mile on road 3300012 to the culvert replacement site at Dog Creek. The expected issue date is March 10, 2004. The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a small business set-aside.
