You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, FAX number 256-876-5311. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PR ON: AX4C0270AX, NSN: 1615-01-199-1785, PN: 114R2087-3, Quantity: 620 each plus one 100% option applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 280 DACA. Delivery with Alternate II is 350 DACA. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopter, Cage Code: 77272 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capabililty, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source require acquisition of the part from the approved source. Adequate technical data is not available for this acq uisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procudures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Th e closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
