Approved Sources: Northrop Grumman (Cage 76823), Aero Components (Cage 59213), Essner Mfg. (Cage 2B834), CMT Inc. (Cage 0CMM5). Configuration Control Applies. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 209 each. Minimum order quantity base year 209 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 1,254 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 209 pcs. Minimum order quantity 209 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 1,254 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Government First Article applies. Surge is applicable; Surge Plans must be submitted by all offerors. TDP is not available through DSCR; alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
