Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to FATS, Inc. for the purchase of the IFACT system. IFACT is a commercial off the shelf simulation system designed to support unique training needs of Joint Close Air Support Terminal Attack Control squadron. The IFACT accurately recreates real world situations that are transparent to the user, who should experience nothing different in simulation than he experiences in the real world.
