Description: The 38 EIG has established a training program that will "enhance the professionalism, knowledge base and effectiveness of present and future Systems Telecommunications Engineering Manager – Base level, STEM-Bs in order to increase the visibility and usage of the Blueprints as a financial planning document. This is will be accomplished by conducting courses that address: Policies and Procedures (8 modules), Systems Training (10 modules), Architecture Guidance (5 modules), and Interpersonal Skills Training (6 modules)
