- Synopsis Pre-fabricated Rappelling Tower 341st Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom AFB, Montana wishes to purchase the following commercial items for shipment to Fairchild AFB, Washington: CLIN 0001 - Brand name or Equal Fire Facilities Inc. Wesco Captain Model Training Tower (pre-fabricated rappelling tower - see website at www.firefacilities.com) with the following salient characteristics. Refer to the solicitation to view the attached specifications labeled TOWER SPECIFICATIONS. Brand Name or Equal, Quantity of 1. CLIN 0002 – Freight to Fairchild AFB area, Quantity of 1 CLIN 0003 – Training Tower Foundation Design, Quantity of 1. See CLIN 0001. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code is 332311 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be eligible for offer. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (see internet site: http://www.eps.gov/). The solicitation can be accessed and downloaded of the EPS site by the following the links: Vendor/ USAF/ Air Force Space Command/ 341 CONS Malmstrom AFB. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 27 Feb 2004, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates or amendments to any and all documents. Proposals are required to be received no later than 1300 HRS MST, Thursday, 18 March 2004. Delivery requested with in 120 days after receipt of order.
