Description: To provide for all services, equipment, materials and supplies associated with the decontamination/disposition of military vehicles received from Kuwait. Enter into a sole source modification under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Disposition may requir e onloading a 70 ton vehicle with a 80 ton crane. Vehicles do have classified components requiring a facility cleared by Defense Investigative Service to handle classified material. This is not a request offers. The government has the discretion not to com pete and a determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the government.
