Description

Furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at VA NIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Only trees and shrubs in noted areas will be maintained under this contract. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that snow and ice removal services are performed in a manner that will maintain a safe and satisfactory environment. One award will be made for all services. Contract will be for 1 year with 4 1-year renewal options. Contract is a firm-fixed price. Estimated yearly cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code is 561730, a small business is $6 million. A prebid conference will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at 10:00 AM, in Building 3, Room 19. Interested vendors are requested to advise the Contracting Officer if they plan to to attend.
