- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Solar Imaging Suite for the Geosynchronous Operational Enviironmental Satellite (GOES-R Series, Solictation Number: NNG04-4003-GGH which was posted on February 20, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: Delete paragraph 5 of the original synopsis and replace with the Following: "The DRFP is for information and planning purposes. No Proposal is requested and no contract will be awarded as a result of the Draft RFP. Potential Offerors are invited to comment on all aspects of the solicitation, including the requirements, proposal instructions and evaluation approach. If your comments include recommendations for revisions, you must provide your rational for such revisions. NASA anticipates issuance of the Draft RFP on or about March 15, 2004 with industy comments due approximately 15 days from the datethe draft RFP is first made available. NASA anticipates the issuance of the RFP approximately 15 days after Draft RFP comments are received with proposals due 30 days later. The due date for responses is extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GSFC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=51 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
