- THIS MODIFICATION IS POSTED TO DOCUMENT A CHANGE IN SQUARE FOOTAGE AND DELINEATED AREA FOR THIS LEASE ACQUISITION. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,015 rentable square feet yielding 6,100 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida within the following delineated area: SOUTH: Miramar Parkway from Dykes Road to I-75 then, North on I-75 to Sheridan Street to SW 136 Avenue (Holatee Trail); EAST: SW 136 Avenue (Holatee Trail)/NW 136 Avenue; NORTH: I-595 from Weston Road to I-75 then, North on I-75 to NW 12 Street; WEST: Weston Road/Dykes Road. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Twelve parking spaces within two blocks are required. Space must be ready for occupancy by May 14, 2005 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
