Description

This acquisition is a combined synopsis and solicitation. The U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM)-Washington intends to award firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order W909MY-04-T-0282 to Federal Resources Corporation; 10875 Main Street, Fairfax, Virginia 22030; for the Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD). This requirement is to upgrade four (4) solar battery chargers. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Interested parties should make th eir submissions by March 11, 2004. This requirement will be fulfilled on a sole source-basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The period of performance will be approximately thirty (30) days after the date of the award. The p urchase order will be granted in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures.
