Description

Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to issue a purchase order to Hewlett-Packard, GDS Relocations Desk, 8000 Foothills Boulevard, MS 5517, Roseville, CA 95747 for the relocation of Hewlett Packard (HP) servers and multi-vendor computer ser vers and related equipment. The government needs authorized HP server movers to move the equipment from 5001 Eisenhower Avenue, Room 2N29, 2nd Floor, Alexandria, VA 22333; to WHS at 2531 Jefferson David Highway, 3rd Floor, Arlington, VA 22202. The estima ted price is $26,662.00. HP is the only vendor that can provide complete equipment relocation services management for their equipment. Only HP support service technicians are authorized to ReCertify the systems. A recertification is complete when HP man ufacturer performs a successful proprietary confidence diagnostics and visual and mechanical inspection of the equipment. This recertification is outside the scope of our maintenance agreement and would have to be purchased at a Per Incident rate. HP mai ntenance service agreements do not covert remedy and repair from equipment relocation. This notice is posted for 15 days. Contractors are invited to submit their capabilities to fulfill this requirement within 15 days of this notice.
