Description

The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center is issuing an RFQ under the commercial test program for a part time physical therapist to work Saturdays and Sundays at the VA Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. The anticipated contract is for a base period beginning April 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with an optional one year renewal period. The NAICS code is 621340. In order to assure equal treatment to all quoters, technical questions regarding this RFQ must be provided in writing to the Contracting Officer. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions, which may affect quotes, will be incorporated into a written amendment. Electronic RFQ and amendments are available for download. Quoters are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Award is subject to the availability of Funds.
