- The Office of Inspector General?s Division of Human Resources Management (DHRM) has a requirement for a qualified Retirement and Benefits consultant to train DHRM staff on site and assist DHRM staff with the retirement and benefit process. The services include retirement counseling, strategies for responding to employees retirement inquiries, retirement estimate preparation, retirement package preparation and processing, eligibility determinations, completion of deposits/re-deposits, military deposits, disability retirements, death-in-service, special cases, FEHB, FEGLI, TSP, and Social Security. The contractor shall also provide the necessary services to complete processing of law enforcement officer retirement and a needs assessment of current DHRM staff assigned retirement duties. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses.
