Description

Immigration and Customs Enforcement<BR> <BR> The government is seeking new space, approximately 34,579 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, maps and technology area, conference and training area.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspWith 120 secured parking spaces for government vehicles.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspDelineated Area: Consideration will be given to locations only within the CBD of the City of Atlanta and only bounded within or fronting the following streets in College Park: South on I285, West on Joneboro Rd/138, North on Riverdale Rd to I85, East on Camp Creek Pwky.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIf space is not available within the CBD of Atlanta, then consideration will be given to College Park.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOther considerations: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate/backup power for the computer data center.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRequired:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAll services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOccupancy:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe space is required on or before January 24, 2005.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspTerm:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe lease term will be for 10 years 5 years firm.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOwners/Agents: To submit a location for inspection, please contact Elaine Peters at (404)562-0128.<BR>
