Ashland/S. Beverly Avenue West:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspS. Cicero Avenue The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 2,185 square feet of rentable office space.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRentable space must yield between 1,900 to 2090 square feet of occupiable space, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspReserved parking for two (2) Government vehicles must be available onsite.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspExtra parking must be available within a two (2) block radius.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspTargeted occupancy date is August 2004.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe space must be on contiguous on 1 floor.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspLease term desired is a 10 year/ 5 year firm term.
