Description

The Fayetteville VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform regular scheduled preventive maintenance for the 11 elevators/lifts/dumbwaiters at the VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC. This will include monthly inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency callback services for all elevators/lifts/dumbwaiters. The VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract utilizing performance based contracting techniques. NAICS code is 238290 with a standard size of&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp$12 Million. Contract period will be March 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with three (3) 12 month renewable option periods. Solicitation documents will be available on or about February 19, 2004 at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAll requests for hard copies shall be submitted in writing via fax or e-mail to the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Offers are due on or before March 12, 2004 at 4:30pm EST.
