Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Director intends to negotiate with Mitretek Systems, Inc. for assistance in the execution of a predefined systems acceptance test plan for the NIH electronic Research Administration(eRA) system and to ensure that all of the acceptance criteria set forth in that plan have been satisfied.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe contractor will assist the NIH in various aspects ofproject management.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIn addition to the oversight of integration and system acceptance testing, the contractor will attend test readiness review meetings and assist in training testers at both the integration and acceptance test levels.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe contractor will provide oversigt and monitoring of all eRA design and development tasks, inlcuding but not limited to, document review, meeting participation, and system security monitoring.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe contractor will also provide assistance to NIH in the redesigh and analysis of eRA databases and identification and reivew of vendor tools.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe appropriate statutory authority is 41 USC 253(c)(1) as set forth in FAR 6.302-1.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis is NOT a Request for Proposals.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIf, however, there are any responsible sources who feel they possess the abilities which would enable them to perform this project, they my submit a proposal which will be considered by the NIH.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSEE NUMBERED NOTE 22.
