- STATEMENT OF WORK for HORSE TRAILERS<BR> <BR> General<BR> <BR> The United States Border Patrol is tasked with detecting, deterring from entering and arresting those who violate the immigration laws of the United States.    Since its inception the Border Patrol has utilized horses in support of the mission to which it is assigned.    As the years have progressed, the Border Patrol?s Horse Patrol Units have had to become more mobile due to expanded coverage in a large variety of scenarios and in many different types of terrain.    <BR> <BR> As a result the Border Patrol has dedicated numerous hours to researching any number and combination of trailers.    This research has resulted in the Border Patrol establishing the following specifications for purchasing a trailer that is durable, accommodating and capable of accessing areas not normally reached by other trailers.    <BR> <BR> ?      Construction: All Metal<BR> ?      Color: White<BR> ?      Style: Gooseneck<BR> ?      Length: 20?
