Description

The USDA, Agaricultural Research Service, Grain Marketing & Production Research Center, located in Manhattan, Kansas, requires delivery of U.S. No. 2 Yellow Corn. Delivery shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-014-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ (970) 492-7031 ON OR BEFORE MARCH 5, 2004. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 454390 with a small business size of $6 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-014-82HW-04 which will be available on or about February 19, 2004. The anticipated award date is March 8, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered bythe Agency.
