Description

Presolicitation notice.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsphas a requirement for Specialized Training for Iraqi Civil Servants In The Ministry of Defense.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe requirement includes, but is not limited to executing and revising, if needed, a training program designed to impart the necessary management skills in the following functional disciplines:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAcquisition, Logistics, Infrastructure; Defense Policy and Development; Public Affairs; Intelligence Management and Command, Control, and Communications; Personnel and Readiness and Finance and Administration.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe period of performance for the basic effort is anticipated from contract award through 31 Jul 04.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Government anticipates requesting a priced option for additional training, the period of performance being from 1 Aug 04 to 15 Dec 04.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this effort.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe solicitation number is W914NS-04-R-0107.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe solicitation will posted at www.fedbizopps.gov NLT 19 Feb 04.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe contracting officer is Major Ellen Adams.
