Description

Presolicitation notice.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement to provide satellite data connectivity for Iraqi armed forces recruit centers, garrison, and maritimes bases in Iraq.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe requirement includes, but is not limited to establishment of satellite communications capability at multiple designated locations within Iraq and all necessary equipment.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe period of performance for the effort is anticipated from contract award through 30 Jun 05.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this effort.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe solicitation number is W914NS-04-R-0119.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe solicitation will posted at www.fedbizopps.gov NLT 19 Feb 04.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe contracting officer is Major Tom Ficklin.
