Description

PRONs: AX3F9764AX and AX4F0126AX, NSN: 5340-01-306-2015, PN: 70219-02121-042, Quantity: 191/991 each min/max five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texa rkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 191 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 191 each, 180 Days DACA. This is a 100% Small Bu siness Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332510 and number of employees is 500. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior t o the date stated above.
