- The Directorate of Contracting Fort Campbell intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Froude Consine Inc for repair/upgrade of DT 2000 Dynamometer Acquisition Data Systems. The repair/upgrade is to consist of the following: 2 GPS-2508W -2 Data Acquisition System for DT 2000 which includes software, rpm harness, torque harness, printer, mouse, mouse pan and 17 inch monitor; 2 each 7306720 Transducer for oil pressure; 2 each Transducer for fuel pressure; 8 each Thermocouples for temperatur e measurement; Two days commissioning and training; 1 each number 831300A1 Load Control Value; 1 each Number 942556 Amplifier; 1 each Number 94255.30 Harness to connect amplifier to load control value; Annual Service and Calibration to check and calibrat e test cells and verify that equipment is operating properly in the specifications. NAICS code for this procurement is 334519 and is to be awarded on an unrestricted basis. This sole source procurement is under the simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than Full and Open Competition. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 days from the date of the publicatio n of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Froude Consine Inc. Responses are due by 19 Feb 04, 2:00 p.m. (CST).
