Description

NOTE: THIS PRE-SOLICITATION IS HEREBY SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Project Description: Project LXEZ 98-1174, work includes but is not limited to repair of structural steel column base plates, hangar doors including associated accessories, and cracks on concrete floor slab; repair and replacement of furring strips and exterior metal siding; resealing of existing concrete floor construction and contraction joints; removal of lead-based paint on interior metal surfaces; repainting of all indicated exterior and interior steel surfaces and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications and drawings. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN IT'S ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
