Description

The U. S. Coast Guard requires one (1) HU25 aircraft, systems and component contractor Field Service Representative (FSR) for a period of one base year with four one-year options. The Field Service Representative?s location will be USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturer?s (OEM?s) North American distributor, Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation, 200 Riser Rd., Little Ferry, NJ 07643 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The necessary drawings, specifications, service bulletins, manuals, and repair/overhaul procedures are proprietary to the OEM Dassault Aviation, 78 Quia Marcell Dassault, CEDEX 300, 92552 Saint-Cloud Cedex, France and not otherwise available to the Coast Guard through any other source. Request for this solicitation must be in writing addressed to: U.S. Coast Guard, Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Attn: Contracting Officer, HU25 PLD, Bldg 79, Elizabeth City, NC, 27909-5001. Telephone request will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date is no later than September 30, 2004. Solicitation release date is anticipated to be Apr 27, 2004 and proposals must be received by May 27, 2004, 4:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Savings Time. Facsimile offers are acceptable and may be forwarded to 252-334-5427. Offers may be submitted on company letterhead stationery indicating the Man-Day price and extended price, FOB point; payment terms and any discount offered for prompt payment, the business size standard and any minority classification; delivery date, and Representation and Certifications. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
