Description

SOURCES SOUGHT to provide onsite maintenance services on General Electric Medical X-Ray Systems, models 2600, 9600, 6600, and 6800, for Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The base period of performance is 01 April 2004 through 3 1 March 2005, with four one-year option periods. The Contractor shall furnish all but not limited to labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, software upgrades, original equipment manufacturer repair parts, maintenance manuals, schematics, DICOM inte rfaces, digital disks, Codonic printers, Lenzar cameras, thermal printers, glassware, and travel necessary to provide preventative maintenance and repairs required for this contract. Routine service response time is within six hours from the time of notifi cation. Emergency service response time is within 2 hours from the time of notification. Two Preventive maintenance services will be scheduled per year. Only one award will be made for these services. The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) code is 811219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.0 million. This requirement will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
