Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to maintain an unarmed, uniformed security guard service contract at the National Marine Fisheries Service, 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA. Base period of performance will be July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with two one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Successful offeror will be required to register in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation shall be attached as a downloadable Word file on or about February 20, 2004. Hard copies of the solicitation may be requested but will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Neither telephone requests nor inquiries will be accepted in response to this notice. All written inquiries must be received not later than ten days prior to closing date of solicitation. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by March 23, 2004 will be considered for award. Award will be made on or about March 31, 2004. Numbered Note 1 applies.
