Description

Notice of intent to award sole source purchase order to MIG, Inc, Tower Drive West, Stillwater, MN 55082 for a copy of the 2001 Nationwide Implan Database and a site license for the same. This requirement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a requirement for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to USDA Forest Service, 1621 North Kent Street, RM 707, (VM), Arlington, VA 22209. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. (CBD Note 22
