Description

Solicitation SP0600-04-R-0036 is for the privatization of the applicable natural gas, water and wastewater distribution systems at Fort Hood, Texas. Privatization is the complete divestiture and transfer of ownership of a U.S. Government owned utility system to a U.S. Government-owned utility system to a non-Government entity. In conjunction with the purchase of the system, the contractor will also be required to provide (as needed) improvements, upgrades; repairs; expansions; investments; and plant replacement, as well as continued operation and maintenance of the utility distribution system.ion SP0600-04-R-0036 is for the privatization of the applicable natural gas, water and wastewater distribution systems at Fort Hood, Texas.
