The Government intends to award IAW FAR 6.302-1(a), a contract, on a sole source basis, to Old Dominion University, to create metadata extraction software. The anticipated period of performance is a one (1) year. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No award will be made on the basis of any response to this advertisement. This synopsis is for informational purposes and is not soliciting proposals.
