Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constit utes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is W912JB-04-T-2006, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in ef fect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2001-19 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-13, 20040113 Edition. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business and award will be made based on Best Value to the Government considering requi rements listed below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722320 with small business standard of $6.0 million or less annual gross revenue. Description of service: Service, nonpersonal, for catered meals at Camp Grayling tr aining site, Grayling, MI. Meals are needed one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) each month starting February 28-29, 2004; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday; Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday. 130 meals per serving are needed for February, March, April, May and September. 80 meals per serving are needed for the months of June, July and August. These numbers are subject to change. Contractor will be notified at least seven days in advance of the exact meal count for the month. Meals must be in accordan ce of the Michigan National Guard 14-Day Menu (available per email at kari.churchill@mi.ngb.army.mil). Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) are to be prepared off-site and delivered ready to serve. Offer to be firm fixed-price. Wage Determination Number 1994-2277 R18 (dated 09/30/2003) rates apply to this solicitation with the Health and Welfare being $2.36 per hour.
