NSN 1560-01-254-3027; Door Access; Lockheed Martin Corp (Cage 81755), P/N 16B6583-1, Rev 'J' AL/PL Rev 'N'; Alternate Approved Sources: Fokker Aerostructures (Cage H0643), Tucas Havacilik (Cage T0544), Cyclone Aviation (Cage S5503). Configuration Control Applies. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 3 each. Minimum order quantity base year 3 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 12 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 3 pcs. Minimum order quantity 3 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 24 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Government First Article applies. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
