Description

This will be a fully designed project with options. The solicitation will be a request for proposal. This project will include installation of a 2,400 GPM Standard Type III Aircraft Hydrant Fueling System with 16 hydrant pit/outlets, two above ground 10,000 BBL operating tanks, pump house, 2 position truck fill stand, HSV checkout facility, pantograph storage facility and an emergency generator and an Aircraft Parking Apron with 16 parking positions for C-17 aircraft with concrete parking aprons, taxi -ways, security lighting, taxi-way edge lighting, striping and miscellaneous repairs of existing taxiways. The project will include demolition of three existing Type I Hydrant Fueling Systems including 3 pump-houses, underground storage tanks, fuel piping and pits. Responders are advised that the requirements may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and/or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes and disposition of the Armed Services.
